Jain Uniform Centre

Jain Uniform Centre is located at 73/2 in Gurgaon Village. If you know the area, it is tucked away but gets very busy during certain months. We focus on school and work uniforms. The shop is usually piled high with stacks of shirts, trousers, and skirts. There is always the sound of a sewing machine or the hum of the iron in the background. We spend a lot of time measuring children who seem to grow an inch every time they visit. It is hard work, especially when the new school season is about to start and everyone needs their clothes at the same time. The shelves are filled with different fabrics and colors, from deep navy to bright white. We don't have a fancy showroom. It’s more of a workshop where people can come in, get measured, and pick up their orders. Sometimes we have to deal with delays from the fabric suppliers, which can be a headache, but we try to manage. We’ve been in the village for years, and we know many of the families who come to us. It feels good to see the kids grow up and move from primary school uniforms to high school ones. It’s just a simple business built on needles, thread, and a lot of patience. We just keep our heads down and keep sewing until the day's work is finished.
