Vedanta Skill World Private Limited is based out of Flat No. 1802 in the Valley View Estate on Faridabad Road. Working out of a residential complex like this has its pros and cons. It’s a bit quieter than being right in the middle of a noisy commercial hub, which is nice for the work we do. We mostly focus on skills training, trying to get people ready for actual jobs. Gurgaon is a fast-paced place, and it feels like everyone is always in a rush. Here at T-14, we try to slow things down enough to actually learn something. The views from the 18th floor are pretty good, especially in the evenings, but mostly we’re looking at computer screens or paperwork. We aren't a big, polished firm with a glass front door. It’s a flat that we’ve set up for business. Sometimes the lift takes forever, and visitors get a bit lost finding the right tower. We just tell them to look for the signs. The team here is small, just a few of us handling everything from the phones to the actual training sessions. It’s a practical setup. We don’t spend money on fancy furniture because it doesn't really help anyone learn better. We just focus on the skills. It’s a bit of a trek for some to get out here to Faridabad Road, but once they arrive, it’s a decent environment to get some work done. It's just a regular flat in a big building.
