Our warehouse and office are located in Basai Enclave, Phase-1, which is part of the local industrial area. We handle exports, so a lot of our time is spent dealing with boxes, tape, and shipping labels. The space is large enough to hold our stock, but it often feels small when a big shipment arrives. There are always trucks coming in and out of the enclave, making the roads a bit bumpy and dusty. We don't have a fancy showroom because most of our business happens over the phone or through email with people far away. The office has a couple of old desks and a computer that’s seen better days. We work long hours when a deadline is approaching, often staying late into the evening to make sure everything is packed correctly. It’s a lot of physical work, moving crates and checking inventory lists. Sometimes we make mistakes and have to recount everything, which is a bit of a pain, but that’s just how it goes. The people working here have been around for a long time, so we all know the routine. We don't bother with fancy titles or meetings. We just look at what needs to be shipped and we get to work. It’s a busy, unpolished place that keeps the goods moving to where they need to go, and it keeps us earning a living every single day.
