Our office is tucked away at Plot No-1323/3 in Rajiv Nagar. Most people know the area because of the Sheetla Mata Mandir right nearby. We spend a lot of our time out on the road, though. Pest control isn't really an office job. We’re usually in the back of the van with our sprayers and gear, heading to someone's house because they found termites or have a cockroach problem they can't get rid of. It’s one of those jobs where people only call when they’re having a bad day. We get that. It’s frustrating when your home doesn't feel clean or safe because of bugs. We try to get there as soon as we can. Sometimes the traffic on Sheetla Mata Mandir Road makes us run a bit late, but we always make it eventually. We’ve seen just about every kind of infestation you can think of in this neighborhood. We don't use a lot of fancy words for what we do. We just come in, find where the pests are hiding, and use what’s needed to stop them. It’s messy work sometimes and the weather can make it tough, but it’s what we’ve been doing for years. We keep our supplies at the Rajiv Nagar spot and head out from there every morning. It’s a small team here, just local guys who know how to handle these things properly. We aren't miracle workers, but we do the job right and make sure the bugs are gone before we leave.
