Our place is located in the Shiv Ashram Complex, right across from the Prii office. If you’re driving down the Maruti Delhi Palm Road in Dundahera, you’ll see the turn-off. It’s a busy area with a lot of traffic during the shift changes. We spend most of our time inside the facility making sure the needles are coming off the line properly. It is a very specific type of work and requires a lot of focus. We have been here for a good while and the building has seen better days, but the equipment inside is what matters. The post office is nearby too which helps when we have to send out boxes. Sometimes the dust from the road gets into the front office but we just wipe it down and keep going. We don't have a big reception area or anything. People usually just come to the side door if they need something. It’s a standard industrial setup. We don't spend money on fancy decorations. Most of us have been working together for years so we know the routine. Lunch breaks are usually spent sitting outside if the weather is okay. It’s just a regular workplace where everyone knows their job and does it. We aren't doing anything flashy here, just sticking to the production schedule every week. It gets a bit monotonous but we are used to the hum of the factory now.
