Our place is over at 297, Udyog Vihar. It is a busy area with lots of trucks and people moving around all day long. Forza Medi India (P) Ltd. has been operating out of here for a bit. We do not have a big, shiny lobby with mirrors. Usually, you just walk in and see someone working on a computer or checking the boxes in the inventory. We handle medical equipment parts and things like that. It is serious work because people actually use these items for their health, so we try not to mess up. The warehouse gets very hot in the summer, but that is just Udyog Vihar for you. We have a small team here. Everyone knows everyone else’s business, which can be annoying sometimes, but it helps when things get hectic and we need to move fast. We do not do much advertising. Most people who know us just come by or call because they have worked with us before. It is a practical setup for a practical business. We have shelves full of components and tools scattered on the workbenches. Sometimes we stay late to finish a shipment before the courier arrives. It is not glamorous work. It is just a job that needs to be done right. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a part is not ready, we will tell you. We do not like making excuses.
