Our office is up on the 7th Floor of Enkay Tower, specifically at Plot No. B&B, Vanijya Nikuj in Udyog Vihar. Zimmer India Pvt. Ltd. is a bit of a different setup compared to the workshops downstairs. Being on the 7th floor, we get a decent view of the traffic in Udyog Vihar, which is usually a mess during rush hour. We spend our time dealing with a lot of paperwork and coordinating things over the phone. It’s a professional enough space, but we still have piles of boxes in the corners and the coffee machine is always acting up. Most of us arrive early to beat the elevator queues because waiting for those can take forever in a building this tall. We handle a lot of logistics and technical details related to the products we manage. It’s not always easy keeping everything organized when you have so many different things moving at once. We’ve got a small break area where we usually end up talking about work anyway. The atmosphere is generally busy, with people rushing between desks and a lot of typing going on. It’s just a group of people trying to keep a complex business running smoothly from an office tower. We don’t have much in the way of decorations, just the essentials to get through the day. It’s a practical workspace for a practical team that knows how to handle the daily grind.
