BDM Cryofusion & Mandressi Italia

Udyog Vihar Phase 4 is a busy place to be. Every morning, the traffic starts early and stays that way until late. We are over at UV-67, right in the thick of it. It’s a loud area with lots of construction and big trucks, but we’ve gotten used to the noise over the years. Inside our doors, things are a bit more focused. We spend most of the day dealing with the technical side of the business, making sure the equipment is right and the numbers match up. It is not always easy work, and sometimes the air conditioning struggles with the Haryana heat, but we manage. Most of us have been here for a long time, so we know the routine inside out. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for when things get too hectic. It’s funny because even though the name BDM Cryofusion & Mandressi Italia sounds quite big and fancy, we are just a bunch of regular people trying to keep things running smoothly. The office isn't much to look at, just lots of files and spare parts lying around. People come and go from the other units in Phase 4 all day, so there is always someone to chat with if you step outside for a minute. Gurgaon has changed a lot since we started, but we are still here at the same spot, just getting on with our daily tasks and trying to stay out of the worst of the traffic.
