We’re over at Shop No. 16 on the Mehrauli-Gurgaon Road, specifically in Nathupur Village near Sikanderpur. It’s a busy stretch of road and we see a lot of people passing by on their way to DLF Phase 1 or Palam Vihar. The shop isn’t huge, but we make use of every inch of space we have. We stock various items and provide services that people in the area need. It gets pretty loud with the traffic outside, but we’re used to it. We’ve been operating Tiwari Enterprises for a while, and we’ve seen how much this part of town has grown. There’s always something happening right outside our door. Inside, we just try to keep things moving. We don't have a fancy reception area. You just walk in and tell us what you're looking for. Sometimes we're dealing with a line of people, other times it's quiet enough to have a cup of tea. We just take the day as it comes. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop on the road, just a reliable one where people can get what they need without a fuss. We keep our shelves stocked as best as we can. It’s a simple business model. We work hard and try to stay organized, even when the shop is full of boxes. We often have to move piles of stock around just to make room for a new delivery. It's a bit like a puzzle. But we've got the hang of it after all this time working in this specific spot.
