Our place is out at Plot No-163 in Sector-4 of IMT Manesar. We are pretty close to Pricol Ltd, which is a big landmark around here. Being in an industrial area means things are always moving. There are trucks, workers in uniforms, and the constant sound of machinery from nearby units. Our building is a simple structure that’s all about function. We have a workshop floor and a small area for the office work. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or designer lighting. It’s more about concrete floors and sturdy workbenches. We have a small team of people who have been with us for a long time. We know how to work together without saying much. Lunch is usually spent together in the small break area, talking about family or the latest cricket match. We don’t have a lot of fancy titles or a strict hierarchy. If something needs fixing, whoever is closest picks up a tool. The commute to Manesar can be long for some of us, but we like the energy of the industrial sector. It feels like things are being built here. We just focus on our own tasks and try to keep the quality up. It’s a hardworking environment, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. We just keep plugging away day after day. That is the way we operate around here.
