Neotech Systems Pvt. Ltd is located at No. 4, Sector - 53. We’re in a building called Augusta Point on Golf Course Road. It’s a more modern area than where we used to be, but we still keep things pretty simple inside our own office. The view from the windows is mostly of other tall buildings and the constant flow of cars on the road below. We have a few rows of desks and some rolling chairs that we’ve gathered over the years. Some of them match, some don’t. The carpet is a dark grey that hides the dirt well, which is good because we’re always coming and going. We don't have a big fancy lobby. You just walk in and we’re right there. We spend a lot of our time on our computers or talking to each other across the room. It’s not a very formal environment. We wear comfortable clothes and drink a lot of coffee from the machine in the break area. Sometimes we get together to talk about a problem and end up just chatting about our weekends instead. Golf Course Road is a busy place to be, but inside our four walls, it’s just us doing what we know how to do. We don't try to impress anyone with big words or polished presentations. We’re just a group of people working together in a regular office space that suits us well.
