Studio U+A

Our studio, Studio U+A, is on the 14th floor of Building 2 in the Vatika Business Park, located in Sector 49. Being in a large business park means there are a lot of people around, but once you get up to the 14th floor, it gets a bit quieter. The office is an open space where we do all our design and planning work. We have large tables spread out for drawings and computer stations for the technical stuff. It’s not as sterile as some people might expect for a corporate building. We have rolls of paper, material samples, and coffee mugs all over the place. The view from this high up is interesting, especially when the weather changes, but we are usually focused on our screens or the models we are building. The team is fairly small, and we don't have any formal departments or managers in suits. We just work together on whatever project is currently on the table. Getting lunch usually involves going down to the ground floor or the nearby food court, which can be a bit of a trek. We don't have any promotional materials or a fancy front desk. If someone visits, they usually just walk right into the work area. It’s a functional space for people who like to build things. We just try to get the projects finished as well as we can every day.
