Our center is situated at Plot No. 340 in Sector 8 of the IMT Manesar area. It’s a pretty large industrial zone, so there are a lot of similar buildings around us. We work with technology, but our daily life is far from a sleek movie version of a tech hub. It’s mostly about sitting at the workstations and figuring out how to make things work better. The commute out to Manesar can be a bit of a trek, but once we are here, we get into our routine. The building is functional and keeps the dust out. We have a small canteen where we eat and talk about things other than work. We’ve been at this plot for a few years now. The area around Sector 8 is still developing, so you see a lot of construction. We don't have a lot of walk-in traffic, which suits us just fine. Most of our communication happens online or through calls. We aren't big on corporate meetings that go on forever. We’d rather just get to the point and fix whatever needs fixing. The team is a mix of people from different places, but we’ve all settled into the Manesar lifestyle. It’s a place where you put in your hours, do your best on the technical side, and then head home. We don't try to make it sound more complicated than it is.
