Spi Shaping Technology

Down in IMT Manesar, you’ll find Spi Shaping Technology at Plot No-114 in Sector No-5. This area is full of industrial units, and we fit right in with the rest of them. We do a lot of specialized work related to shaping metals and other materials for industrial use. It’s very technical stuff that requires a lot of patience and some pretty expensive machines. We’ve been in this plot for a few years, and we’ve seen the area grow quite a bit. The day usually starts early here because we have a lot of parts to get through. We aren't a huge factory, so everyone knows exactly what their job is. It’s mostly about precision. If a part is off by even a tiny bit, it’s no good to anyone, so we spend a lot of time checking our work with gauges and tools. It’s a dusty environment sometimes, and the heat from the machines can get intense during the summer months. We don't really have customers walking in off the street since we work with other manufacturing plants mostly. They send us their requirements, and we figure out how to shape the parts they need. It’s a steady kind of work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or marketing. People in Manesar know us because of the work we’ve done for them before and we just focus on the machines.
