Stempathy Solutions is up on the 9th floor of Tower-B. Being in a co-working space like Go hive means there are always other people around, which is kind of nice. SAS Towers is right near Medicity in Sector-38. We have our little corner where the laptops are always open. We do a lot of technical work here. Sometimes it feels like we spend half the day just looking at code or trying to figure out why a piece of software isn't doing what it should. We drink way too much coffee from the machine down the hall. It’s not a quiet place, there is always some buzzing from the AC or someone talking in the next booth. We take the elevator up every morning and hope it’s not too crowded. Dealing with clients takes up most of our time. We answer emails and jump on calls to explain how the solutions work. It’s practical stuff. No one wears suits here. We just want to get the work done and go home. Gurgaon gets really hot, so we’re glad the building has decent cooling. We’ve got a few plants on the desks but they struggle a bit because of the lack of natural light. We just keep plugging away at the tasks on our board. It’s a mix of different projects every week. We try to stay organized but it gets messy when deadlines are close. There is always someone coming or going.
