We’ve been set up here at JMD Empire Square for a bit now, taking up those first six units on the third floor. If you know Sector-28, you know it can get pretty crowded during the morning rush. Most of us get in around nine, grabbing coffee on the way up. The office isn't anything like those glossy magazine photos; it’s mostly just us, our computers, and a lot of half-empty water bottles. We focus on the tech side of things, though the day-to-day usually involves a lot of troubleshooting and sitting in front of monitors for hours. Some of the guys here are really into the hardware side, so you’ll often see bits and pieces of electronics scattered across the workbenches. It gets a little messy, but that's just how we work. We don't really do the whole corporate suit-and-tie thing. It’s more jeans and t-shirts around here. Sometimes the air conditioning on the third floor acts up, so we’ve got a couple of desk fans going. It’s a decent place to spend the day. We’ve grown into these six units over time, starting from just one. It’s interesting to see how the neighborhood has changed since we moved in. The parking situation is still a bit of a headache, though. If you ever come to see us, try to get here early or take a cab. We're usually here until late evening. Most days we are just trying to keep up with all the emails and messages that come through. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us busy. We sometimes stay for a bit after finishing up just to chat or order some food together. It’s a decent life here in Sector-28.
