Mind & Stars Pvt Ltd is based in Indirapuram 121. It’s a busy residential and commercial area, so there’s always something going on. Our office is a modest space on one of the floors of a local building. It isn't a massive place, but it has enough room for our desks and a small area to sit and talk. We don’t have a big corporate culture here. It’s more about just showing up and getting through the workload. The traffic in Indirapuram can be quite something, so we all have our own tricks for getting here on time. Once we’re inside, it’s just us and the computers. We don’t have a fancy coffee machine or a lounge area. We usually just have tea from the stall downstairs. The office gets a lot of sunlight in the morning, which is nice until it gets too hot. We’ve got some old posters on the wall and a lot of cables tucked behind the desks. It’s a practical workspace for a small team. We don’t spend our time on big speeches or five-year plans. We just look at what needs to be finished today and we do it. Being at Indirapuram 121 is convenient for us, and we’ve become part of the local scene over the years. It’s just a normal place where people work hard and then go home.
