Down in Shivpuri, specifically at H.N. 432 in Rattan Garden, is where we set up. It’s tucked away behind Aryan Hospital, so it’s relatively quiet compared to the main roads of Gurgaon. Ibm India Pvt Ltd operates from here, and it’s a very local feel. We don't have those massive signs or fancy lobbies you see in Cyber Hub. It's more of a converted house or a smaller plot where we’ve made ourselves at home. The walk from the main road is short, but it can get dusty when the wind picks up. We have a few rooms dedicated to the work stations and a small area where we keep the water cooler and the kettle. Most days are spent looking at screens and trying to figure out technical issues that come up. The staff here has been around for a while, so we know who likes their tea with extra sugar and who prefers to work in silence. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat or ask about something. It’s a very grounded way to work in a city that usually feels very fast-paced. We keep our heads down, do the hours, and make sure the electricity bill is paid on time. It’s a simple operation in a busy part of town, and it works for us. We just focus on the daily tasks without any extra drama.
