Spice Walk

You’ll find us at 108 in the Arcade Market of Suncity, Sector 54. It’s a nice area, though it can get a bit quiet during the middle of the afternoon. We spend most of our mornings prepping ingredients and making sure the kitchen is ready for the evening rush. The Arcade Market has a lot of different shops, but we see a lot of people coming through when the sun starts to go down. We’ve got a mix of spices that we use in almost everything, and the smell usually drifts out into the hallway. It’s not a huge place, so when it’s full, it feels very cozy and a bit loud. We don’t have a big corporate office or a marketing team. It’s just a few of us who like to cook and serve people. We’ve had to learn a lot about running a business on the fly, and we’ve made plenty of mistakes along the way. Sometimes the delivery guy is late or we run out of a certain ingredient, but we just keep going. Sector 54 is a good community to be in. We’ve met a lot of interesting people who live in Suncity. We just try to keep the food consistent and the place clean. That’s about all we can do. We’re just happy to be here at unit 108 every day. We hope to stay here for a long time coming.
