Darshan Foods Pvt. Ltd. is based at 801 Udyog Vihar Phase-5 in Gurgaon. If you’ve ever been to Udyog Vihar, you know it’s a maze of factories and offices. We are right in the middle of it. The building we are in is quite tall, and being on the 8th floor gives us a view of all the other industrial units around us. It’s a very practical space. We have our desks on one side and some storage and testing areas on the other. It gets pretty loud during the day with the sounds of the industrial area coming through the windows. We spend our time managing the production schedules and talking to distributors. The office isn't anything special to look at; it’s mostly white walls and functional metal desks. We have a small area where we keep all the food samples we are currently working on. Most of us have been here for years, so we don't need many meetings to know what needs to happen. We just get on with it. The commute can be a pain with the Gurgaon traffic, but once we’re in the office, we just focus on the work. We don't use big words or try to sound like a giant corporation. We are just a group of people making sure the food products get made and shipped out to the customers every single day.
