Garden Of Spice Chatori Gali is located on New Railway Road in Sector 12a, Gurgaon. You can find us right near the Mian Wali Colony Gate. If you know Gurgaon, you know how busy New Railway Road can get at almost any time of the day. There is always a lot of noise and movement outside. We called it Chatori Gali because that's the kind of vibe we wanted to have—a place for people who really enjoy their food. We aren't a big, fancy corporate office or a polished franchise. It’s just a simple setup where we work hard every day. We start early, getting things ready before the morning rush starts in Sector 12a. Being near the Mian Wali Colony Gate means we see a lot of the residents coming and going. We’ve gotten to know a lot of the neighbors over time. We don't use marketing scripts or try to sell people on big ideas. We just want to serve good food in a place that feels real. The kitchen is always busy, and there’s usually someone cleaning a table or checking the supplies. It’s a bit cramped sometimes, but that’s just life on New Railway Road. We like being part of the hustle and bustle of Gurgaon. It keeps things interesting, and there is never a dull day at this spot.
