Sk Speech & Hearing Clinic

If you go over to Section 15, Part 1, right across from Jyoti Hospital, you’ll find Sk Speech & Hearing Clinic at 58/18. We do exactly what the name says. People come in when they’re having trouble hearing their grandkids or when their little ones aren’t talking quite right yet. It’s a specialized kind of place, so we have these small rooms that are really quiet for the testing. It feels a bit like a library sometimes. We use those big headphones and some machines to see what’s going on with people’s ears. The staff here are patient because you have to be when you’re waiting for someone to hear a tiny beep. We aren't a big hospital, just a clinic, so it feels more personal. Most of the time, the people coming in are a bit nervous, so we just give them a seat and some water. We’ve been at this address for a while and being near Jyoti Hospital makes it easy for folks to find us. We don’t do any loud music or flashy signs. We just sit with the patients, check their hearing, and talk about what might help them hear better. It’s a slow pace compared to the emergency room, but it’s important. We keep our records in order and make sure the equipment is calibrated. It’s just us doing our part for the folks in Sec 15. We close up around the usual time and head home.
