We are over at 20 Shahtoot Marg in DLF City Phase 1. If you are familiar with Gurgaon, we are quite near Qutab Plaza. It’s a nice area with a lot of trees around, which is a bit different from the more crowded parts of the city. This clinic focuses on ears, noses, and throats. We see a lot of people with allergies, especially when the seasons change in Delhi and the air gets bad. There are also lots of kids with ear infections and people who can't stop sneezing. The clinic itself is set up in a way that feels more like a home than an office. We have the usual instruments for looking into ears and down throats, and they get used a lot every day. It’s mostly a quiet routine here, though we do get our busy spells in the evenings when people are done with work. We don't have any big mission statements or anything like that. We just look at what's wrong and try to help. Sometimes we have to tell people to stop using cotton buds in their ears, which they never listen to. Being near the plaza is handy for us and the patients. We’ve been here for a good while, and we know the local rhythms of the DLF area pretty well by now. It is just a straightforward ENT practice.
