Lakshay Ent Care Centre

I run the ENT care centre at Shop No. 107 in Apna Bazaar. This is on Gurudwara Road in Gurgaon, right near Civil Lines. If you know Gurgaon, you know this part of town still has that old-school market feel. The bazaar is always full of people buying groceries or clothes, and our shop is just one of many in the row. It’s not a large place, just enough room for the examination chair and my desk. I focus on ear, nose, and throat issues. Usually, the hallway outside is a bit noisy with shoppers, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. I’ve been here long enough that I know most of the other shop owners on this floor. The setup is simple because I don't think you need much more than the right tools and a bit of experience. People come in with blocked ears or sore throats, and we just take a look and see what’s going on. I don’t have a big marketing team or a fancy website. Most people find us because they were already in the bazaar or someone told them about us. It’s a very grounded way of working. I keep my own schedules and manage the paperwork myself most of the time. It’s a small, honest practice in a very busy part of the city. We just take it one person at a time and try to keep the shop running smoothly.
