Shiva Private Security & Manpower Agency

Located at Plot No.1084 in Sector 47, we’re right along Sohna Road. It’s a very busy part of town these days with all the new construction and malls going up. Shiva Private Security & Manpower Agency is what we run out of this plot. We provide guards and also other kinds of workers for businesses that need extra hands. Some days we are looking for warehouse workers, and other days it is security for a new office block. It’s a bit of a mix. The office at Plot 1084 isn't much to look at, just a sturdy building where we do our interviews. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who walk in looking for work. Sohna Road has changed so much since we first set up here; it used to be much quieter. Now, there is constant noise from the traffic outside our door. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s mostly just me and a couple of assistants handling the paperwork and the payroll for the guys. We try to be fair with everyone. If a client has a problem, they just call my personal number and we talk it out like normal people. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just try to provide decent people for the jobs that need doing in Sector 47 and the surrounding areas.
