Being over in DLF City Phase 3 means there is always a lot of activity around the office. We are located at S-6/10, and it’s a spot that stays pretty loud throughout the day. Nj Group of Security & Services does a mix of things. We handle security guards but also some general service work that people need help with around their properties. It’s a lot of coordination. You’d be surprised how much time goes into just making sure people have the right keys or the right paperwork for a job. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation with a glass building and a logo on every wall. We just have our space here and we get the work done. The team is mostly local people who know the Phase 3 layout like the back of their hand. We drink a lot of tea while we go over the rosters for the week and make sure everyone is happy. Sometimes things get messy with the schedules, especially during the holidays, but we always figure it out together. We don't have any fancy slogans or big promises. We just show up and do what we said we would do. If someone calls with a problem at two in the morning, one of us is usually picking up the phone to help. It’s a practical life and we don't mind the hard work. We’ve been in this part of Gurgaon long enough to know the short cuts and the people. It’s a good community.
