Sebeings Facility Pvt. Ltd.

Our office is on the second floor of Plot No. 837 in Udyog Vihar Phase 5. This area is full of industrial buildings and offices, so it always feels very busy during the work week. Sebeings Facility Pvt. Ltd. is basically a place where we organize maintenance and other services for different buildings. We have a fairly large space, but it’s mostly filled with equipment and supplies. The staff is usually out at different sites, so the office can feel a bit empty sometimes, except for the sound of the phones. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and sometimes heat up our lunch. It’s a practical environment without any of the fancy stuff you see in modern tech offices. We just have sturdy desks and good chairs because we spend a lot of time sitting down to plan out the schedules. Traffic in Phase 5 can be a real headache in the morning, so we all try to get in early to avoid the worst of it. The building we are in is quite solid, though the hallway could use better lighting. We’ve been here for a while and it works well for us since we are close to so many other businesses. It’s just a regular office where we work hard and try to stay organized every day.
