Yashika Facility & Manpower Solution

We operate out of the Vashist Complex on M.G. Road. Our office is 311 on the third floor. Yashika Facility & Manpower Solution is basically what we do every day. We spend a lot of time talking to people looking for work and companies looking for help. Sikanderpur is a hectic place especially with the metro station right there. The noise from M.G. Road never really stops. Our office is usually full of people filling out forms or waiting for interviews. It is a bit cramped sometimes especially on Mondays when things are starting up again. We do not have fancy furniture or a big lobby to sit in. It is just a place where business gets done. We try to help as many people as we can find a spot that fits their skills. It is a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. Sometimes the printer jams and we all get frustrated. That is just how it goes in a busy office. We have been in the Vashist Complex for a while now. Most people find us because they saw the sign or someone told them about us. We do not do big advertisements. We just focus on the manpower side of things. It is steady work and it keeps us busy from morning until night. We are just a small team trying to keep things organized on the third floor. It gets hot in the afternoons but the fans keep us going.
