We are over at 461, Udyog Vihar, Phase V. This part of town is always moving, with all the offices and factories nearby. Our place is tucked into the mix of all that activity. It is a practical setup because we need to be where the work is. Most of our day is spent handling the logistics of moving people from one site to another. It gets pretty hectic around shift change times, especially in the evenings when the traffic in Udyog Vihar gets really thick. We have a small team in the office who handles the payroll and the rotas. There is always a pot of tea going and someone usually has the radio on in the background. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because that doesn't help keep a gate secure or a warehouse safe. We prefer to spend our time checking in on the guys at their posts. You learn a lot more by talking to a guard at two in the morning than you do sitting in a boardroom. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, with new buildings going up every month. We just try to keep up with it all and make sure we don't drop the ball. It’s just steady, everyday work for us. No one here is trying to be a superstar, we just want to get the job done right and go home.
