We are located on the 4th floor of Aap Ka Bazar, room 422. It’s in Roshan Pura. Getting up here takes a minute, but the view of the market is okay. We’ve been running this security business for a bit now. It’s mostly about finding the right people to watch doors and gates for local buildings. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff like payroll and scheduling for the guards from this office. It’s not a huge place, just a few desks and some files. People come in to apply for work or to talk about their buildings. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the market gets so noisy it's hard to hear anything. We deal with all sorts of clients. Some are small shops and others are bigger places that need more people. We don't spend money on fancy ads. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks. If a guard doesn't show up, we have to find someone else fast. That's the main job. Making sure every spot is covered. It can be stressful when the phones start going off at 2 AM.
