Our office for Rdr Farms (Opc) Private Limited is in Gurugram, specifically at SCO-393 in Sector-29. If you know Gurgaon, you know Sector 29 is usually packed with people and cars. It’s a bit of a contrast to the actual farms we deal with. We’re an OPC, so it’s a pretty small, focused setup here. Most of our day is spent handling the administrative side of farming. It’s not all dirt and seeds when you’re in an SCO building. We have to deal with the Haryana bureaucracy and all the planning that goes into a farm business. The office is just a place to put our laptops and meet people. It can get pretty stressful with the traffic outside, especially during rush hour. We try to keep a relaxed vibe inside, though. It’s just one of those places where the coffee is always on and the phone is always charging. We don't have a giant staff or a lobby with a receptionist. You just walk in and talk to whoever is there. We manage the farm stuff from a distance sometimes, using the office as our main base. It’s practical. We chose this spot because it’s central, even if it is a bit loud. We’re just trying to run a decent farm business in a city that never really stops moving. It’s a lot of balancing between the urban office and the rural work.
