We've got our spot at Shop No.51 in Gaushala Market. It's right across from the Haryana Roadways Workshop on the Delhi Gurgaon Road. People see our sign when they're stuck in traffic. This isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It's just where we coordinate things. We help people who need someone to watch their property or a gate. Most of the time, we’re out at the sites checking on the guys. My brother and I started this because there was a need for reliable people in the area. We hire local men who know the roads around here. Sometimes the phones ring all day, other times it's quiet. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It’s mostly just word of mouth from shop owners nearby. If you walk past the workshop, you'll see us. We keep a ledger of who is working where. It’s a lot of paperwork actually. Security isn't just standing around; it’s making sure the right people are in the right spots at night. We've seen this road change a lot over the years. More traffic now. We just try to do right by the folks who hire us. Nothing more to it. We drink a lot of tea while we sort out the night shift schedules. It's a long day usually. We don't mind the noise from the market much anymore.
