Paa Skill Bharat Private Limited

We operate out of 2A in Block 10 at Rail Vihar, Sector 56. It is a residential-feeling area, which makes the work feel a bit more personal than being in a big glass tower. We focus on skills and training, mostly sitting around a big table and discussing how to teach things better. The office is pretty basic. We have a few computers, some whiteboards that usually have scribbles on them, and a corner where we keep the water cooler. Rail Vihar is a well-known spot in Sector 56, so people don’t have much trouble finding us once they get into the complex. We are not some massive corporation. We are just a few people trying to do something useful in how skills are learned around here. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits or have long meetings. We just talk about what needs to be done and then we do it. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside and we can hear them through the windows while we work. It is a very grounded way to run a business. We spend our hours planning, talking to trainees, and trying to keep everything moving forward. It is a local business with local roots. We know the area well and we are happy to be working right here in the middle of it.
