Our office is located at Office No-509 on the 5th floor of the Vipul Trade Center. We are in Sector-48, right near the Omex Gurgaon Mall. It’s a typical office building with a lot of glass and elevators that sometimes take a bit too long when everyone is arriving at once. Being on the 5th floor gives us a decent view of the traffic below on the main road. Inside, it’s mostly desks and computers where we keep track of our energy projects. Osaka Energy Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this space for a while now. We aren't a huge firm, so it's a pretty close-knit group of people working here. You’ll find some files stacked up and probably a few half-empty coffee mugs on the desks by the afternoon. We spend a lot of time on the phone or in small meetings trying to figure out the best way to handle the technical stuff. It’s a bit more corporate than a workshop, but we still keep it pretty casual among ourselves. People usually drop by if they have business at the mall nearby and want to stop in for a quick visit. The air conditioning is always on because Gurgaon gets so hot in the summer months. We just come in, do our work, and try to make sure everything runs smoothly without making too much of a fuss.
