Om Purifier & Home Appliances

We are over at Jharsa Road Housing Board Colony 19, running Om Purifier & Home Appliances. Our main focus is water purifiers and other stuff people use in their kitchens. The shop is often filled with spare parts, filters, and a few old machines we are stripping for parts. It is a bit of a workshop vibe more than a showroom. We spend a lot of time out on our scooters, visiting houses in the colony to fix things. The dust on Jharsa Road can be something else, especially when the wind picks up. We get a lot of calls about leaking pipes or filters that need changing. It is messy work sometimes, and our hands are usually a bit dirty from the grease and the grit. We don't have a receptionist; if the phone rings, one of us just wipes our hands and answers it. We keep a ledger of who we visited and what we fixed. It’s not a high-tech operation, just us and our toolboxes. Some days are long, especially when a lot of appliances break down at once during the summer heat. We try to get to everyone as fast as we can, but we are only a few people. The shop is our base where we recharge and organize our tools for the next day. It’s just a practical business helping people keep their home appliances running as they should without any extra fuss or complication in the process.
