It’s much quieter here, and you see families walking around and kids playing while we are inside talking about industrial instruments. The office is basically a house that we’ve converted for work. It has a kitchen where we make way too much tea and a few rooms filled with desks and filing cabinets. It’s not what you’d call a corporate environment. It feels more like working from home, but with more paperwork. We handle a lot of the logistics and the coordination for our Haryana operations from this desk. The neighbors are nice, and we try not to make too much noise when deliveries arrive. Sometimes the power goes out, which is just a part of life in this area, and we just sit and wait for it to come back on. We don’t have a fancy website or a lot of promotional stuff. We just focus on the orders and making sure the instruments get sent to the right factories. It’s a quiet, steady kind of work. We’ve been here long enough that the guards at the gate don't even ask for our IDs anymore. It’s just a simple, practical place to work.
