Krishan Gaur & Associates

We are based in Sushant Lok Phase I, in the Sushant Arcade building, Office No 301. It’s a typical commercial building with a lot of stairs and an elevator that is sometimes out of order. Krishan Gaur & Associates is on the third floor. The office is a bit cramped because we have so many books and legal folders stacked up. We have a few desks pushed together to make one big workspace. The windows look out over the parking lot, which is always full. It’s a busy place to be. We spend a lot of time on the computer or reading through long documents. Sometimes we have clients come in, and we have to clear off a chair so they can sit down. The walls are a plain off-white, and we haven't really put anything up except for a clock and a map. It’s not about the decor here; it’s about getting the work done. Sushant Arcade has a lot of other offices, so we see a lot of the same people in the hallways. We usually grab lunch from the small stall downstairs. It’s a routine that works for us. We've been in Office 301 for several years, and it fits our needs just fine. It’s a bit lived-in, but it’s a good place to focus.
