You can find Kaltech Building Controls Pvt. Ltd. on the third floor of the Vashist Complex. We are in Unit 326. Sikndarpur is always busy, and being on M.G Road means there’s constant noise from the street below. We’ve been in this office for a good bit of time now. It’s a decent space, though the stairs can be a bit of a workout if you aren't used to them. We spend our days looking at plans and dealing with control systems for different buildings. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of sitting and thinking, then suddenly rushing out to a site. The office is usually cluttered with manuals and various bits of hardware we’re testing. We don’t really worry about having everything perfectly organized as long as we can find what we need. Sometimes the power flickers, which is always fun when you’re in the middle of something. We grab lunch from the stalls downstairs most days. It’s a practical setup for us. There isn't any flashy signage or a big lobby. Just a door with our name on it and a bunch of people working inside. The M.G Road area is convenient because it’s easy for people to find us, even if parking is a bit of a nightmare. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us and try to get through the week. It’s a simple business life here in the complex, doing what needs to get done.
