We are situated at Plot No 5 in Master Market. It’s right on the Bus Stand Road, so it stays pretty hectic from morning until night. Being opposite Mamta Hospital is helpful because people use it as a point of reference when they are trying to find us. The noise from the bus stand is constant, with drivers honking and people shouting for passengers. It’s a lively area, though it can get a bit dusty with all the vehicles passing by. Our shop isn't very large, but we manage to fit everything we need inside. We deal with various tech issues and computers, so the shelves are usually full of parts and cables. It’s often a bit of a mess, but we know where everything is. We open up the shutters around the time the first buses start their regular routes. There is a small tea shop nearby where we usually grab a glass in the afternoon. Most of the people who come in are locals or folks who just happened to be passing through the bus stand. We don’t have a fancy waiting area, just a stool or two for anyone who needs to wait a minute. It’s a practical workspace for us. We just handle the repairs and sales without much fuss. The location is the main thing, being right in the heart of the market chaos. It can be exhausting but it is home.
