Hifi School Of Music

You can find us at G-138 and G-164 in Green Wood City, which is in Sector 40 of Gurgaon. We have been teaching music here for quite some time. It is not always quiet around here, as you might guess. There is usually someone practicing the drums in one room while a guitar student is trying to get their chords right in another. We have a few different rooms spread across the two blocks. Most of the people who come here are just local kids from the colony or adults who finally decided to pick up an instrument after work. The floors are a bit worn from people walking in and out all day with their instrument cases. We have some old amplifiers tucked in corners and music stands that sometimes lean a bit to the side. It is a very practical space. We do not spend much on fancy decorations because the focus is just on the instruments and the notes. Sometimes the humidity in Gurgaon messes with the guitar strings, so we spend a lot of time tuning things. On weekends, it gets really packed with back-to-back classes. It is nice to hear the progress people make, even if the first few weeks are just a lot of wrong notes. We are just a bunch of people who enjoy music and happen to run a school in this part of town. It feels like a second home to many of us who stay here all day.
