Acharya Mahesh Vashisth

I’ve been living and working out of New Colony at 75 L for a good number of years now. My name is Acharya Mahesh Vashisth, and this is where I spend most of my time. It’s a quiet enough street, though the traffic picks up in the evenings when everyone is coming home. My setup isn’t anything special to look at, just a room with enough chairs and a solid desk. I’ve always preferred being in New Colony because it feels like a real community. You see the same faces every day, and people know who I am. I don’t go in for big advertisements or anything like that. Usually, people just knock on the door or give me a call. My days are pretty steady. I wake up, have my tea, and get ready for whoever might show up. Sometimes the house gets a bit cluttered with papers and books, but that’s just part of the job. I try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone who walks through the door at 75 L. There’s no point in making things more complicated than they need to be. If I’m not at the desk, I’m probably just in the back or out getting some groceries. It’s a simple life and a simple way of working. People seem to appreciate that I’m just a regular person they can talk to. No polished suits or corporate talk here, just real conversation.
