Growth Skills Private Limited is over in Tower A of the Iris Tech Park on Sohna Road. We’re up on the 3rd floor in Office No. 303. Being in Sector 48 means there’s always a lot of traffic and people moving around, which can be exhausting. Our office isn't one of those super-modern places with bean bags and free snacks. It’s just a workspace where we get things done. We deal with skill development, mostly helping people who are trying to move up in their careers. The tech park has its own rhythm, with everyone rushing to the elevators at lunch. We try to keep our own corner a bit more relaxed. The air conditioning sometimes struggles in the peak of summer, and we have to use fans to keep cool. It’s just a small team of us here. We spend our time on the phones or meeting with people who want to improve their professional lives. It’s practical work. We aren't trying to change the whole world; we’re just trying to help the person sitting across the desk from us. Some days are slow, and others we can barely keep up with the emails. We’ve got a few desks, some computers, and a lot of notebooks. It’s a standard Gurgaon office setup, nothing too fancy, just a place where we put in our hours and try to be helpful to those who come by. It’s a long day on Sohna Road but we make it through.
