Group Management Facility Services

You can find Group Management Facility Services over at H-58 in Sector-23. We are located in the Palam Vihar Extension area which is mostly quiet compared to the main roads. We use this house as our base of operations for all the facility services we provide. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes with all the supplies and people coming in and out, but we make it work. We deal with things like cleaning, maintenance, and keeping buildings running smoothly. Our staff is usually out at different properties while a few of us stay back at H-58 to manage the calls. We aren't a big corporation with a skyscraper. We are just a group of people working out of a regular building in the extension. Sometimes the neighbors see our vans parked outside when we are loading up for the day. We like the local feel of being in Sector-23. It makes the work feel more personal. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy marketing because the work usually speaks for itself. We just want to make sure the facilities we look after are in good shape. It’s hard work and the days can be long, but we’ve got a good routine down. We keep our records in order and try to respond to problems as fast as we can. It’s a straightforward business and we plan to stay right here in Palam Vihar. We have our small storage area in the back for tools and cleaning supplies. It keeps everything we need in one place for the morning rush.
