People around here know where we are in Sector 17 of Gurgaon. It’s not a huge place, just a simple primary school where the kids from the neighborhood come to learn their basics. The morning starts early when the sun is just coming up over the buildings. You’ll see the children walking in with their bags, some of them still looking a bit sleepy. We’ve been here for a while now, dealing with the daily stuff like fixing benches or making sure the water cooler is working. It’s not fancy. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the classrooms are full of noise and energy. Most of us who work here live nearby or take the bus in every day. We spend a lot of time just making sure the kids have their books and they’re sitting down when they should be. Sometimes it gets loud, especially during the lunch break when everyone is out in the small yard. We handle the paperwork and the government requirements as they come. It’s a lot of routine, honestly. We check the attendance, teach the lessons on the blackboard, and try to keep things organized. Parents drop by to ask about their children’s progress or just to say hello. It’s just a normal part of the community here in this part of Gurgaon. We don't have big flashy signs, just the school name on the gate and kids running around everywhere.
