Our place is at No 79, right near the Hero Honda Chowk. If you know that area, you know how hectic it can be with all the cars and the big factories around. Fls India Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this spot for a good while. It’s a busy corner of the world, and there’s always a bit of dust in the air from the road. The office inside No 79 is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a corner where we keep all the supplies. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations because we’re usually too busy with the work at hand. Most of us have been here for years, so we know the routine inside and out. It’s not a corporate headquarters with a lobby and a sign-in sheet. You just walk in and someone will probably be there to talk to you. We deal with whatever comes through the door, whether it’s a big order or just a small question. The power cuts used to be a problem, but we’ve got a backup now so we can keep the computers running. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep our customers happy without any big promises or slogans. It’s just a regular business in a very busy part of town.
