Sandvik Asia Limited

We are based at House Number 750/28 in Jyoti Park, which is our main spot here in Gurgaon. It is basically a standard house that we’ve turned into a workspace for Sandvik Asia Limited. Jyoti Park is one of those local neighborhoods where you get to know the people living next door. It’s definitely not like those giant glass buildings you see in the newer parts of Gurgaon. It feels more grounded and real here. We have our desks set up in the rooms and we spend our time managing whatever work comes in. The street can be a little tight when people park their cars on both sides, but we make it work. It’s a practical location for what we need to do. We don’t really bother with any of that corporate polish. The walls might need a bit of a touch-up, but it is a working office, not some kind of showroom. We focus on getting our jobs done. There is always a lot of activity in this part of the city, so it’s never exactly quiet outside. We’ve been here long enough that the people at the local shops know who we are. It’s a simple way of doing things. We aren’t trying to impress visitors with a big lobby. We just need a place to sit, use the computers, and talk to people. It really suits the way we operate. We keep the files organized and just get on with the daily business without making a fuss.
