We are based over at Plot No 799, on the 4th floor of the C2 Block in Palam Vihar. It is a well-known part of Gurugram and we have been here for some time now. Our name, Federation For Futuristic And Sustainable Skills, is a bit of a mouthful, so we usually just refer to ourselves as the team in the office. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding neighborhood, though the climb can be a bit much if the elevator is acting up. Our workspace is fairly basic, with just the essential desks and computers needed to do our work. We focus on training and skills that might be useful for the future, but we do it in a very practical, down-to-earth way. There are no polished boardrooms or corporate presentations here. Most of our days are spent talking to people, researching different skill sets, and trying to organize our materials. We are just a small group of people in Haryana who care about what we do. The office can get a bit noisy when the local market is busy, but we have gotten used to it. We do not use any fancy language to describe our work; we just show up and try to be as helpful as possible to those who come to us. It is a straightforward, honest way to run a business in Gurgaon, and it suits us just fine. That is all.
