Family Farmer.Com Private Limited is based in Gurugram, specifically at GH-23 in Sector-43. We are part of The Royal CGHS Ltd. complex. It’s a bit different than being out in the rural areas, but Gurgaon is where a lot of the people who need our help are living. We operate from an apartment setup, which might seem strange for a company with "farmer" in the name, but it works for what we do. We are basically the bridge between the people growing the food and the families living in these big residential sectors like 122009. Our space is often filled with bags, boxes, and a lot of planning notes on the walls. It’s a bit messy sometimes, honestly. We aren't trying to look like a high-end tech startup just because we have a website name. We are just a small team trying to manage the logistics of getting fresh stuff to people's kitchens. Living and working in Sector-43 means we see the city life every day, but we spend most of our time talking to producers across the state. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking delivery schedules. There are no corporate suits here. Usually, we are just in our regular clothes, trying to make sure the latest batch of produce gets where it needs to go without any big issues. It’s a lot of coordination and some days it gets a bit stressful, but we manage.
