We run Ek School Support Services Llp from House No 2963 over in Sector 57, Gurugram. It’s a regular house in a residential area, so it doesn't feel like a cold office building. We’ve been here for a while now, helping schools with all the behind-the-scenes stuff they have to deal with. Running a school is complicated, and we just try to take some of that weight off their shoulders. There are plenty of days when the dining table is covered in folders and the coffee machine is working overtime. We aren’t some big consulting firm with suits and ties. We’re usually in casual clothes, just getting through the to-do list. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is good for when we need to focus on logistics or planning. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, and you can hear them through the window. It’s a very grounded way to work. We started this because we knew how schools struggled with the administrative side of things. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from word of mouth or people we’ve known for years in the education sector. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, do the work, and try to make things run a bit smoother for the teachers and principals we work with. It's not glamorous, but it keeps us busy and it’s honest work. We just keep working away at our desks until the day is done.
