CMRD Buildtech Private Limited is run from H.No 938 in Majra Pana, Village Baliana 58. We’ve stayed in this local spot because it’s where we are from and we know the area well. It’s a bit different from the big offices in the city center. We operate right out of the village, which keeps us close to the projects we are actually working on. Majra Pana is a quiet enough place most of the time, though things can get busy when we have trucks moving in and out. The office at house 938 is where we do all the planning and the paperwork. We don’t have a receptionist or a fancy sign out front. Most people around Baliana just know where to find us. CMRD Buildtech Private Limited is a small operation, and we like it that way because we can keep an eye on every detail ourselves. Construction and buildtech work can be complicated, so being hands-on is the only way we know how to do it. Sometimes the weather is against us or a project gets delayed for reasons we can’t control, but we just deal with it. It’s about being reliable and making sure the work is solid. We don’t use a lot of corporate jargon or make big claims. It’s just us doing our job in the village and making sure things are built properly. It’s a long day from start to finish, but that is just the way it goes here.
